Director of Maintenance - Margarito Ramos
Margarito Ramos (A&P/IA/FCC) was born in San Antonio, TX and is presently the Director of Maintenance; Turbine Division in the Veracity Maintenance Department. He began his aviation career in the US Army as a crew chief on Oh-6, Oh-58, and the well-known Uh-1h helicopter. He served in the military for 17 years in the Army Reserves, Army National Guard and has been in the aviation field for 35 + years. Through the years he has worked on numerous aircraft both fixed wing and helicopters. Some of the fixed wing aircraft he has worked on are C-131, KC-135, KC-10, F-15, F-16, Cesena 172, Cesena 182, Cesena 206, just to name a few. On the helicopter side he worked on OH-6, OH-58, UH-1H, CH-47, Bell 212, Bell 206, R-22, R-44 amoungst others. As you see Margarito has a vast amount of knowledge and experience and is also well known for his sheet metal and aircraft frame work. He has worked throughout the United States and overseas as well. Margarito was one of the first called upon when Derrick Smith (President of Veracity Aviation) was opening a Veracity Maintenance Department. He is married and has a son and a daughter.
