Director of Business Development - Kevin Mackenzie
Kevin Mackenzie is the Director of Business Development for Veracity
Aviation. He studied at and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin
with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. From there he went on
to work as an engineer for a law firm specializing in Aviation Defense. At the
same time he developed an aviation website that provided free information
to 1,000s of pilots across the country. He then went on to work for an
unmanned aircraft company in central Texas. Starting out as an engineer, he
quickly rose through the ranks and became the Director of Technology
overseeing design/development of all work performed in-house. The
improvements he made led to the first new contract (US Navy) for the
company in over a decade. Kevin has always been interested in aviation and
is a third-generation pilot. He holds a commercial fixed wing pilot certificate
with an instrument rating.
