About Veracity Aviation
The Company
Veracity Aviation was created in early February of 2008 by Derrick Smith and Michael Hoser. The boilerplate business plan that was created was to provide the market with an upfront, honest solution to helicopter flight training. No new breakthrough world changing ideas were in the plan. The model just called for old-fashioned, straightforward business that places the client in the center of all operations. The intent and motivation is to provide the industry with superior pilots and helicopter services, while delivering the highest quality of service to our customers. Customer service is not a very high standard in the helicopter market since competition is much lower than fixed wing counter parts. At Veracity Aviation, we believe in educating our clients with the latest updates, news and industry changes in regulations and procedures. We deliver this knowing that you, the customer, are our number one priority. Veracity Aviation does not take for granted any client and will strive to provide a level of service beyond expectations. We are interested in completing what we set out to do through honest assessments of your needs. Whether they are for your own helicopter training, maintenance, or commercial helicopter work, WE WILL BE THERE TO ACHIEVE YOUR SATISFACTION.
